Custom Smart Furniture & LED Lighting Designs
I don't just build furniture; I make it work for you. From hidden storage to integrated ambient lighting, here are the details that turn a standard flat into a modern home.
A clever hidden storage solution. This floating wall shelf looks simple, but it pulls out to reveal a secret drawer, perfect for keeping valuables safe and out of sight.
A client asked how the glass shelf glows. I use LED strips embedded in the cabinet frame to light up the edge of the glass, creating this beautiful, modern effect.
This display cabinet features individually lit shelves to highlight each decor piece. The warm lighting adds depth and sophistication to the living room.
A great example of integrated storage. This unit combines a sliding wardrobe with an open-front study or dressing table, complete with its own lighting.
This video shows a kitchen with under-cabinet lighting and a bedroom with a sliding wardrobe, both projects in their final stages.

About Smart Features & Lighting
Most people add LED strips as an afterthought, but I wire them directly into the plywood frame during construction. Whether it is sensor-based wardrobe lighting or warm task lights for your kitchen, I plan the electrical conduits inside the furniture so you never see exposed wires. It is about making the furniture look clean, not just bright.
Why Integrated Lighting Matters
When I build a feature wall or a wardrobe, the lighting isn't a separate item you buy at a store. I use profile lights that sit flush with the wood, which gives a clean, high-end look without the glare of cheap bulbs.
- Kitchen Task Lighting: I install LEDs under your overhead cabinets so your countertop is properly lit while you chop or cook. No more working in your own shadow.
- Wardrobe Sensors: Tired of fumbling for the switch? I install motion sensors that turn the internal lights on the moment you open the sliding door.
- Floating Effects: By placing LED strips behind TV panels or under bed bases, I create a 'floating' effect that adds depth to the room without needing expensive false ceiling work.
The Hidden Storage Advantage
A lot of space in standard flats goes to waste. When I build custom units, I look for ways to maximize the internal footprint.
I often design hidden drawers within floating shelves or custom-fit TV units that wrap around corners to utilize dead space. Because I build from raw plywood rather than pre-made boxes, I don't have to stick to standard sizes. If you have a tricky corner or a column that takes up space, I will build the furniture around it so you get maximum storage.
If you want furniture that actually lasts and performs, you have to prioritize the build quality over just the look. Aapke bhai ne aise bahut saare flat bana diye hain—the goal is always to make your daily routine easier.
