Real change happens when we show up together. Join our community cleanup drives, workshops, and restoration events across Gurgaon to help us build a cleaner, waste-free future for everyone.

Happy Children's Day to the future leaders of our planet. This year, we engaged with over 2,000 students in tree planting, recycling drives, and environmental education, shaping the changemakers of tomorrow.

"We will segregate our waste." Watch as 75 children from a local village take a pledge to keep their surroundings clean during an eco-adventure and cleanup drive at the Badshahpur Forest Corridor.

Students from The Shri Ram School took on a recycling challenge at Aravali Nagar Van, cleaning 772 plastic sapling bags in just 90 minutes. This is teamwork for a greener future.

Students from Summer Fields School get hands-on experience with waste segregation at our Samadhaan Hub. They learned to sort plastic, glass, e-waste, and metals into the correct bins.

At RPS International School, 43 families joined forces to collect 238 kgs of dry waste. Here, a student registers his family's contribution, taking an active role in our community recycling drive.

The results of corporate action are staggering. In just two days, 65 people from Mercer cleared 580 kg of waste from the Aravali Forest during a powerful cleanup drive.

It's not just about the 457.9 kg of waste cleared. It's about corporate teams like Mercer showing up to protect the green spaces we have worked so hard to restore.

"When we have to do it ourselves, we realize the kind of effort that it takes." A volunteer from Mercer reflects on the hard work of a cleanup drive that removed 374.5 kg of waste from the Aravali Forest.

A collage showcasing the incredible efforts of Mercer teams. We believe in raising a generation that refuses to create trash, and it was inspiring to see parents bring their children to participate.

More scenes from the Mercer cleanup drive, where volunteers worked tirelessly to remove months worth of accumulated trash from the Aravali Forest, leaving it cleaner and healthier.

About The People's Movement: Community Action

We don't just clear trash; we build a movement. Whether it is a corporate team spending a Saturday cleaning up the Aravali Forest or students at a school learning about the lifecycle of plastic, these drives are where the shift actually happens. When you join us, you’re not just volunteering for a cleanup—you’re getting hands-on with the reality of Gurgaon’s waste, learning to segregate it, and seeing firsthand that the 'garbage' we discard is actually a resource waiting to be reused.

How We Make a Difference

Our community action drives aren't just about picking up litter. They are designed to show how a small group of people can change the narrative of an entire neighborhood. When we work with residential societies, schools, or corporate teams, we focus on three pillars: education, action, and long-term habits.

The Reality Check: Most people don't know where their waste goes. During our drives, we take groups to our collection hubs—like the Samadhaan Hub or Badshahpur Forest Corridor—where they see exactly how plastic, paper, and e-waste are sorted. It’s an eye-opening moment for most.

Hands-On Restoration:

  • Cleanup Drives: We target hotspots in the Aravali Forest, creeks, and urban dumping grounds. We provide the gear—gloves, rakes, bags—and we make sure the collected waste is transported to verified recycling partners, not dumped in a landfill.
  • Educational Workshops: For schools and corporate teams, we host sessions that break down the 'why' behind waste management. From home composting tips to understanding why single-use plastic is so dangerous for our groundwater, these workshops are practical and conversational.
  • Corporate Engagement: We help companies turn their CSR hours into visible impact. Whether it's a two-hour weekend drive or a day-long habitat restoration project, we provide the structure and supervision to ensure your team's effort actually benefits the city.

We believe in leaving a legacy of 'sukoon' (peace) for the next generation. If you are a school, a resident, or a company looking to get your hands in the soil and help clean up Gurgaon, reach out. Chalo milke karein (let's do it together).
