At our Whitefield studio, we work with both kids and adults to improve legibility and fine motor skills. Our program is structured to be practical, focusing on the mechanics of how you hold the pen and move your hand across the page.

What to Expect in Our Sessions

• Grip and Posture: We start by correcting how you hold the pen or pencil. Small adjustments to your grip and seating posture can significantly reduce hand fatigue and improve your writing speed.
• Spacing and Slant: We work on drills that help you maintain consistent spacing and slant, which is the secret to making any handwriting style look cleaner and more professional.
• Calligraphy Basics: For those looking to add an artistic touch, we introduce beginner calligraphy. You will learn nib work, stroke understanding, and how to create decorative lettering fonts.

Class Details

We keep our classes manageable so everyone gets personal attention. We run 8 sessions per month, typically meeting twice a week. You will need to bring your own 4-line notebooks and prescribed calligraphy pens or markers, as we focus on helping you get comfortable with the tools you will actually use at home.

Whether you are a student wanting to improve your exam papers or an adult looking for a relaxing, creative outlet, our door is always open. Mistakes are totally okay here—we encourage experimenting and having fun while you learn. Just bring your supplies and a willingness to try something new.
