Before applying any polish, we spend time manually scraping off old varnish and sanding the wood down to a glass-like finish. This preparation is the most important step, as it ensures the final stain looks consistent and the protective coating lasts for years rather than just covering up wear and tear.
We handle the entire process from start to finish. After we remove the old layers, we use progressive sanding, moving from coarse to fine grit, to create a smooth, clean surface that is ready to absorb stain. Whether you prefer a rich Walnut, classic Teak, or a warm Mahogany, we apply the stain carefully to get the exact tone you want.
For the final protection, we use high-quality Melamine or PU coatings, which give a professional, long-lasting finish that holds up well against daily use.
