Why We Do Dance Fitness
I started HouseOfDance because I honestly got tired of the monotony of regular gym workouts. Here, we don't count reps silently in the corner. Instead, we vibe together, laugh, and move to music. Our sessions are a one-hour, full-on dance cardio party where the goal is to feel good, not just look good.
