About Intense Training & Conditioning

We train on 30mm safety mats in a fan-cooled facility because the real work happens on the ground. When you join these sessions, you are not just doing repetitive reps; you are learning proper footwork, defensive positioning, and takedown basics that stick. Expect to be pushed, but we keep it supportive—my team and I are right there on the mat to correct your stance before you develop bad habits.
