Real conditioning requires more than just sweat. We focus on the functional strength needed for MMA, covering boxing, grappling, and mobility drills that actually translate to real-world fitness.
This is where the hard work happens. Our group sessions are packed with energy, focusing on dynamic MMA conditioning drills, partner exercises, and core strengthening to build real functional fitness. You will sweat, you will be challenged, and you will get stronger with every class.
About Intense Training & Conditioning
We train on 30mm safety mats in a fan-cooled facility because the real work happens on the ground. When you join these sessions, you are not just doing repetitive reps; you are learning proper footwork, defensive positioning, and takedown basics that stick. Expect to be pushed, but we keep it supportive—my team and I are right there on the mat to correct your stance before you develop bad habits.
MMA is not just about swinging wildly. Whether you are at our centers in Choodasandra, Kaikondrahalli, or Electronic City, we break down every strike and sprawl into manageable steps.
What to expect in class:
- Striking & Boxing: We start with the fundamentals—stance, jabs, and hooks—before moving to complex flow drills. You will learn how to move your feet, not just your hands.
- Grappling & Ground Game: You will learn takedowns and positioning on safety mats. This is where you build the core strength and tactical thinking that sets combat sports apart from a standard treadmill workout.
- Conditioning: We use bodyweight movements like burpees, planks, and pushups. This is functional fitness. It is designed to increase your stamina for 90-minute sessions and improve your mobility for high kicks.
The Commitment
We teach strictly and sweetly. We are open to all ages and experience levels, from absolute beginners to those looking for advanced sparring drills. If you are serious about progress, our 'Warrior Commitment Plan' gives you three months of continuous access, which helps you move from the initial conditioning phase into technical sparring.
We provide a space where safety is non-negotiable, but the intensity is high. Come ready to learn, and leave with a better understanding of how your body moves.
