Hand-Painted Murals: From Concept to Final Stroke
A blank wall is not just a gap in your room. It is a story waiting to be told. See how we take a project from a simple sketch to a finished, hand-painted work of art.
Here I am, turning a wall into a storyteller. This image captures a moment in the process of painting a modern, geometric mural. Something powerful happens when a company decides to give its walls a purpose.
The blank wall problem is real, but this is the solution. A collection of my paints and brushes, ready to transform a sterile space into something inspiring. Every project starts with a palette of possibilities.
A little sneak peek of a new work in progress. The first few strokes of paint are always the most exciting, laying the foundation for the artwork to come.

Here I am being interviewed in front of the Microsoft mural, explaining the thought process behind the concept and how we brought the history of Hyderabad's palaces to life on this 33-foot wall.

About this collection
The shift from a blank, sterile wall to a finished mural isn't accidental. It is a deliberate process that starts with us mapping out what your space actually needs. Whether it is a floral feature wall or a complex corporate mural like the one I did for Microsoft, we go through rounds of sketching and design tweaks until the concept feels right, then move to on-site projection and hand-painting. We don't use stickers or prints, so you get a textured, human touch that changes the entire energy of the room.
Our Process: From Vision to Wall
I believe the best results happen when we stop treating murals as mere decoration and start treating them as a narrative element of your space. Here is how we get there:
1. The Conceptual Phase Before a single drop of paint hits your wall, we spend time aligning on your vision. We start with a consultation to understand the vibe you want—calm, bold, or corporate. I provide digital renders overlaid on your actual wall photos so you can visualize the scale before we commit. You get up to two rounds of design tweaks, meaning we change colors and shapes until you say it is exactly what you wanted.
2. On-Site Execution I lead my team in every project. We use grid-based sketching or on-site projection to ensure that perspective and proportions are perfect. We use premium interior acrylic emulsions like Asian Paints Royale or Dulux for the base, ensuring a high-quality finish that lasts. For intricate work, I step in personally for the freehand painting, shading, and line work.
3. Protection and Finishing We do not just paint and leave. For our hand-drawn illustrative and architectural murals, we apply a clear, water-based varnish—matte or satin—to protect the work against dust, minor abrasions, and daily wear. It keeps the colors fresh and the surface washable.
What to Consider
- Timeline: We typically cover 40 to 60 square feet per day for graphic work. Hyper-realistic or 3D art is slower, at about 15 to 20 square feet per day, because the detailing is intense.
- Preparation: We handle all floor protection, masking of edges, and basic wall sanding. We just need a wall that is finished with putty.
- Travel: We operate primarily in Hyderabad and Bengaluru but are set up to travel for projects across India.
