About On The Turf: Training & Drills

Training is not just about running laps; it is about making split-second decisions. We run 3-4 weekly sessions that focus on tactical man-to-man marking, 3D ball control, and drag flicks. You will spend 90 to 120 minutes on the turf with ex-national players who tell you exactly where you are losing speed and how to correct your stance before you miss a vital pass.
