About The Grind: Training & Drills
Our sessions are built for those who want to play tournament-level football, not just pass time. You are not just learning to kick a ball; you are following a structured routine of high-intensity conditioning, tactical positioning, and live match simulation that forces you to think fast under pressure. If you can handle the sweat and the discipline, we will turn you into a threat on any turf.
The Viking Training Methodology
We do not do laid-back sessions. Whether you are aiming to make the men's competitive squad or just want football fitness, our training follows a 90-minute structure designed to push your limits.
What to Expect
- Conditioning (20–30 minutes): Every session begins with shuttles, ladder drills, and core work. If you want to last 90 minutes on the pitch without fading, this is where you earn it.
- Tactical Drills: We break down the game. You will work on position-specific movements and formation understanding so you know exactly where to be during match play.
- Match Simulation: The final 30 minutes are all about the grind. We run internal scrimmages under game pressure to ensure your technical skills hold up when the clock is ticking.
