We run training sessions where intensity is non-negotiable. Whether you are a toddler picking up a stick for the first time or a senior player prepping for the Asmita State League, expect direct feedback in Hindi and Marathi, like 'Man to man marking kar!' (Do the man-to-man marking). We treat practice as a simulation of a match, but once the whistle blows for the cool-down, that high-pressure focus immediately shifts to the supportive family environment we have built on and off the field.
Our training methodology is rooted in the reality of match play. We don't just run laps; we simulate game scenarios to build stamina, reflexes, and tactical awareness. Our coaches, who include ex-national players and former Sports Authority of India scholars, prioritize technical skills—specifically 3D ball control, quick tackling, and precise passing—at every age group, from our toddlers to our veterans.
We operate across multiple key locations in Navi Mumbai, including St. Joseph's High School in Kalamboli and Decathlon Sports in Belapur. This allows us to maintain consistent turf access for our competitive squads and recreational groups.
