Featured Event Decoration Setups in Delhi NCR
A look at some of my favorite setups from recent events, ranging from traditional Haldi backdrops to modern engagement stages, all done right here in Delhi NCR.
This is my classic Mehendi decoration for a home event. The setup includes a multi-color drape backdrop, a custom 'Mehndi' neon sign, a central seating ottoman, and plenty of marigold flower strings to create a warm, festive atmosphere.
I can create elegant stage backdrops for your engagement or sangeet. This design features a beautiful circular arch of pink and white artificial flowers against a backdrop of white drapes and fairy lights, complete with a classic chaise lounge for seating.
About Featured
When choosing a backdrop like the ones you see here, check your ceiling height first. Most of our standard frames are 8 feet tall, which works for most living rooms, but if you have a low ceiling or a tricky balcony space, let me know in advance so we can adjust the setup.

Traditional & Mehendi Decor
For Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies, we focus on bold, festive colors. Our traditional setups typically use artificial marigold (genda phool) strings and Rajasthani-style umbrellas to create a classic look. If you prefer something more contemporary for your Mehendi, we use neon signage, comfortable floor seating, and multi-colored drapery to create a lounge atmosphere where guests can relax.
Engagement & Roka Stages
For formal occasions like a Roka or Engagement, we move toward elegant structures. This includes 8x8ft or 10x10ft four-poster canopies draped in soft peach, cream, or pastel fabrics. We often use floral borders made of high-quality artificial roses and hydrangeas to frame the seating area.
What You Need to Know
We handle the entire setup, including the frame, fabric, floral arrangements, and lighting. Most of these backdrops require a standard electrical plug point within 5 meters for the fairy lights and LED PAR cans. If you are hosting the event in a compact home space, we can often scale down the frame size—just share your venue photos with us when you reach out. We are flexible and accustomed to working in various Delhi NCR homes and community event spaces.
