About Our Dance Styles: Find Your Groove

You will notice our classes are structured with 15 minutes of intense warmups and 40 minutes of technique drills before we ever touch choreography. We believe in building muscle memory first so you own the move rather than just mimicking it. Whether you are in our Koramangala studio or joining us in HSR, our goal is to ensure you understand the mechanics of the style before you move on to the freestyle.
