When I shoot bridal and getting-ready sessions, I focus on the details you might miss—the texture of your mehendi, the way your jewelry sits, or that quiet moment you take before walking out. I use fast prime lenses to get soft backgrounds, keeping the focus entirely on you and the raw anticipation of the day, rather than stiff, posed setups.
Getting ready shoots are often overlooked, but they capture the nervous energy and excitement that fades once the main ceremony starts. Whether you are prepping at a hotel in Thane or getting your makeup done at a studio in Mumbai, I aim to be a fly on the wall. I look for candid expressions and small details—a touch of jewelry, the intricate henna patterns, or a shared glance with your family.
My technical approach involves using full-frame Sony Alpha cameras with prime lenses. These allow me to shoot in the often dim or inconsistent lighting of dressing rooms without needing intrusive flash setups that kill the mood. I aim for 150 to 200 high-resolution, color-corrected images for smaller functions, or up to 400 for longer, full-event coverage.
Regarding logistics, I provide digital delivery via cloud link within 4 to 7 days, so you have your photos ready to share shortly after the event. My packages include travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and I am comfortable working alongside makeup artists to ensure I do not get in the way of your pre-event preparations. If you are planning an intimate mehendi or a full wedding day, my goal is to deliver memories that look natural, not staged.
