Professional Skincare Masterclasses: Learn the Science of Skin

Don't just apply products, understand how they work. Learn the real science behind facials, bleach safety, and skin analysis with my hands-on training.

In this class, I am explaining how to care for oily skin. I teach my students that whiteheads are often caused by open pores and dust, and how frequent, gentle cleansing can prevent them.

To give a good service, you must first understand the client's skin. I teach my students to identify the four main skin types: normal, dry, oily, and combination.

I explain to my students how using the wrong products on combination skin can make it sensitive. It is important to treat the oily and dry zones of the face differently.

Safety first. I teach that before applying any bleach, the face must be cleaned with cleansing milk, not face wash, and a pre-bleach cream must be applied to create a protective layer on the skin.

Aftercare is just as important. I explain the use of post-bleach cream, which contains cooling ingredients like mint to soothe the skin after a chemical treatment.

I always warn my students about the dangers of applying bleach right after waxing or threading. When pores are open, the chemical can enter the skin and cause burns or reactions.

It's important to know the difference. I explain to my class that a cosmetologist works on the skin's surface with products, while a dermatologist treats deeper skin issues with medicine.

About this collection

I teach my students the 'why' behind every product. For example, many people apply bleach immediately after threading, which causes irritation. I teach that you must understand the skin's state—pores are open after threading, and applying chemical bleach then acts as an irritant. This is the difference between guessing and truly understanding skin health.

Skincare is not just about following a sequence of steps; it is about analyzing the canvas you are working on. In my masterclasses, we move beyond basic application. We deep-dive into the distinct characteristics of oily, dry, combination, and sensitive skin types.

My training covers the critical technical nuances that most crash courses skip:

  • Bleach Safety Protocols: Learn why cleansing milk is superior to face wash before bleaching and how to correctly use pre-bleach creams to build a protective barrier.
  • The Cosmetologist Mindset: I explain the functional difference between a cosmetologist and a dermatologist. You will learn to identify what is on the surface versus what requires medical intervention, ensuring you operate within your professional scope.
  • Product Absorption: We discuss why specific massage strokes, like upward lifting or figure-eight motions, are necessary for product penetration, especially when using advanced Korean facial techniques.

My goal is to make you self-dependent. You will learn how to handle problematic skin conditions like whiteheads and open pores by controlling the environmental and product-based causes, not just masking them. Whether you are a beginner or a practicing professional looking to refine your technique, these sessions are designed to build your 'hunar' (skill) so you can build a sustainable career.
