I believe in the philosophy: Plants aisa rakho ki log dekh kar bole ki duniya me aise bhi plants hote hain (Keep plants so well that people see them and say, 'wow, such plants also exist'). Whether it is a tiny balcony in Navi Mumbai or a large campus, my process is the same.
