Winter Spiti Expeditions: Explore the White Wonderland
This isn't a relaxing holiday; it's a raw winter expedition through the snow-laden Spiti Valley. We strip away the city noise and take you to high-altitude monasteries, frozen landscapes, and remote villages where the only thing that matters is the view.
A quick 9-second glimpse into the magic of a Winter Spiti road trip. From footprints in fresh snow to driving through icy landscapes, this is an adventure that feels like another world.

Your Spotify Wrapped is done, but what about your life wrapped? This video is a call to end your year with an unforgettable memory on one of my last Winter Spiti departures. Don't let the year end in routine.
About Winter Spiti: The White Wonderland
Pack for -20°C temperatures because that's the reality of a winter expedition. We use homestays with electric blankets or traditional Bukharis (wood heaters) to keep you warm, but be prepared for dry pit toilets and limited electricity. This is a tough, rugged journey, but it’s the only way to see Key Monastery in the snow without the summer crowds.
Our winter Spiti road trips are built for those who want to see the Himalayas in their most raw form. We run the Shimla-Kaza circuit, relying on snow chains and careful driving to navigate ice-covered roads that most vehicles don't touch.
This isn't a luxury vacation. You aren't staying in hotels; you're living in local Spitian homestays. You'll share simple, hot meals like Thukpa and Dal-Chawal with your group. The nights are freezing, and the amenities are basic, but that’s the trade-off for waking up to the silence of a snow-buried valley.
We prioritize safety above everything else. Our team carries oxygen cylinders and first aid kits, and our trip captains are trained to manage road blocks and shifting weather patterns. We operate in small groups, which keeps the vibe real and the logistics manageable. Expect zero network for most of the trip, plenty of long drives, and a complete change of perspective. If you are looking for a resort, this isn't it. If you want to see the frozen Chicham Bridge and understand why we call this a jannat ka safar (journey to heaven), book your spot.
