Standard Theme & Balloon Decor
Structure & Backdrop
- Dimensions: 8ft x 8ft standard setup height.
- Lower Range (4.5k - 6k): Iron ring or rectangular frame draped with pastel/bright fabric. Includes neon sign or paper bunting.
- Higher Range (8k - 10.5k): Custom-printed flex backdrop (e.g., Boss Baby, Circus) stretched on a frame.
- Lighting: 1-2 LED par can focus lights.
Balloon Arrangement
- Volume: 250 - 400 standard metallic or matte balloons.
- Style: L-shape or semi-arch garland attached to the frame.
- Pillars: 2 spiral or stacked balloon pillars placed on either side.
Props & Furniture
- Cutouts: 2 to 3 foam-board 2D character cutouts (2ft - 3ft height).
- Cake Table: Basic frill table skirt or cloth draping.
Crew
- Manpower: 2 decorators.
- Duration: Setup takes approximately 2 hours.
Premium 3D Shimmer & Sequin Decor
Premium Backdrop
- Sequin Wall: 8ft x 8ft active sequin wall (Silver, Gold, or Iridescent) that moves with airflow.
- Side Panels: Optional painted arch panels or flex cutouts flanking the wall.
Luxury Props
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical metal pedestals with theme-customized vinyl wraps for cake/gifts.
- Marquee Lighting: LED Marquee letters for name (up to 6 chars) or Age (approx 2ft high).
- Themed Cutouts: High-quality sunboard cutouts (e.g., Shells, Treasure Chest).
Balloon Artistry
- Type: Premium Pastel or Chrome (shiny) balloons.
- Arrangement: Heavy, organic-style pouring effect cascading over the backdrop.
- Extras: Artificial floral bunches or paper fans interspersed within balloons.
Flooring & Details
- Floor: White or Red carpet/vinyl sheet for the photo area.
- Lighting: Spotlights focused on the sequins to enhance sparkle.
Traditional Housewarming Decor
Entrance Pandal
- Banana Stems: Two full-sized fresh banana stalks tied to main gate pillars.
- Garlands: Thick, fresh Marigold (Orange & Yellow) garlands draped in U/V shape across the gate.
- Toran: Fresh mango leaf toran with marigold accents.
Doorways
- Main Door: Vertical hanging garlands on both sides of the frame.
- Puja Room: Small fresh flower garland for the puja door.
- Rangoli: Loose flower petals provided (design by client).
Interior Decor
- Staircase: Yellow or Orange fabric draping along railings (up to 1 floor).
- Florals: Artificial/Fabric flower bunches attached to railings for durability.
Logistics
- Freshness: Flowers sourced from market on event morning.
- Timing: Team arrives 3-4 hours prior to muhurtham for setup.

Birthday Parties - Full-On Theme
Kids' birthdays? Mad fun. I’m all in for cartoon setups, mermaid vibes, or bringing out a full football scene if your kid is a Ronaldo fan. You want a custom theme setup? I’ll make it happen. Balloon arch decoration, character cutouts, sequin backdrops - I mix and match so it pops on Insta and the kids go wild.
Auspicious Events - Traditional Style
For housewarmings (Gruhapravesam) and those big family days, I go classic. Expect a traditional floral entrance, doorways loaded with mango leaf torans and marigold, and flower garlands everywhere. Banana plants, coconut leaves, even pandals if you want - I make it feel proper festive.

No fixed packages here. You tell me your space, theme, and what you picture. I’ll build something around that - printed vinyl backdrops, balloon pillars, marquee letters, and fresh flowers for festive housewarming decor. From setup to final touch, I sort it all out so you just enjoy.
