Mehendi is my sukoon. Let's move beyond generic patterns to create something that captures your story in every intricate line.

Can you guess how long this took? A full hand of intricate work, featuring detailed figures in boxes, fine line work, and traditional patterns.

A design for a peacock lover. This mehendi features majestic peacocks integrated with traditional 'jali' or net patterns and bold architectural shapes.

A beautiful Sanjhi art inspired mehendi. This design features delicate elephants and lotus flowers, creating a royal and traditional look.

When it's a wedding in the family, you have to have the dhol and shehnai. This design incorporates the classic musical instruments of an Indian wedding.

An elegant and modern design featuring a pair of swans in a central medallion. This Indo-Western style is perfect for someone who wants a unique, non-figurative design.

A stylish designer back-hand mehendi. The V-shaped pattern and contrasting dark and light henna work create a modern and chic look.

For the client who wants something beyond peacocks and elephants. This design features graceful deer in a forest scene, offering a unique take on animal motifs.

A custom design for a dance lover. This piece features a graceful dancing figure on the palm, with a detailed temple motif on the wrist.

Another look at the dhol-shehnai wedding design. The combination of bold check patterns and delicate floral work makes this a standout piece.

About Intricate Patterns & Motifs

When I sit down to do intricate work, it is not just about filling space. It is about ensuring every line of that Sanjhi art or musical motif is crisp enough to show up perfectly in your photos. My process uses 100% natural Sojat henna mixed with organic essential oils, which takes a little extra time to set, but gives you that deep stain everyone wants for their special day.

I believe mehendi should be more than just repetitive flowers or standard peacocks. When you choose an intricate pattern, you are asking for a story on your skin. Whether it is incorporating the dhol and shehnai for a wedding vibe, or creating a detailed forest scene with deer, I love adding these personal touches.

My approach to these designs involves:

  • Sanjhi Art & Silhouette: I specialize in the stencil-look inverse mehendi, which provides a clean, modern aesthetic perfect for brides who want something different.
  • Thematic Integration: Instead of standard borders, I weave in elements that matter to you. If you are a dancer, we can sketch a kathak motif. If you love tradition, we can integrate temple architecture.
  • Natural Ingredients: The design is only as good as the color. I strictly use fresh, natural henna. It requires patience to get right, but the dark, rich stain is worth every minute of the application.

Because I am a Mumbai-based artist, I understand that weddings here are fast-paced and vibrant. I work with you before the event to decide whether you want a full-arm bridal piece or something more minimalist for a Roka. If you have a specific idea—a skyline, a date, or a custom symbol—let me know. I do not just apply henna; I create art, not drama.
