For most events, we start with the essentials. My team focuses on perfecting the classics. Whether it is our signature Dal Makhani, which we slow-cook until it hits that deep, rich flavour, or a perfectly spiced Paneer Butter Masala, these are the dishes that carry the meal. We source fresh ingredients daily to ensure that even simple dishes like Veg Pulao or Green Salad maintain a high standard.

Adding the 'Wow' Factor

While the main buffet handles the hunger, our live stations handle the fun. If you are planning an event, consider adding a live element:

• Old Delhi Chaat: Fresh Golgappe and Aloo Tikki prepared right in front of your guests. It brings the street food vibe to a premium setup.
• Global Fusion: We set up live Pizza and Pasta bars that work exceptionally well for younger crowds or casual parties.
• Live Tawa: For that authentic, smoky flavour, our chefs can prepare Tawa starters on-site.
