Our Heels workshops are a space for everyone to explore their confidence and power, including men. Here, our founder Manas leads an open class, breaking stereotypes and proving that style has no gender. It's about owning your walk, on and off the dance floor.

We take the foundations of Modern Contemporary seriously. This style was built on ballet-trained dancers, and we honor that history by focusing on proper technique. This clip shows our dancers working on the core principles that make movement fluid and strong.

A workshop with us is never just about the steps. We go deep into the culture behind the movement, like how commercial jazz has roots in Indian classical dance. Here, Manas breaks down how culture is packaged and resold, just like a 'golden latte' is really just haldi and doodh.
