I believe that true skill isn't built on theory alone, which is why every student here spends hours practicing on live models. Each look you see is created by a student, but I check the blending, the base, and the overall finish myself before it is ever called complete.

How We Train

My teaching philosophy is simple: if you can't handle a live client, you aren't ready. Unlike courses that focus heavily on paper work, my academy in Gurgaon is entirely hands-on. Students start with basic skin prep and quickly move to advanced techniques like HD makeup, airbrushing, and creative hairstyling.

The 'Harsh Yadav' Standard

I learned my craft from George Kot in Russia, and I bring that same international rigor to my academy. When a student works on a model, I am there to guide them through the same technical process I use for my own brides. This means:

• Base Perfection: Understanding how to handle different skin types without making the base look cakey.
• Color Theory: Choosing the right palette for the outfit and skin tone.
• Hairstyling: Moving from simple braids to complex buns and extensions.
