About Framed Floral Keepsakes
These 10x8 inch solid wood frames keep your crochet flowers safe behind protective glass, so they stay dust-free and vibrant for years. I personally mount every arrangement on a clean, dark background to make the colours pop, and I can even include a handwritten note inside if you are gifting it to someone special.
I started creating these shadow boxes because I wanted a way for my crochet flowers to be displayed like fine art. Unlike fresh flowers that fade in days, these hand-stitched arrangements serve as a permanent keepsake for your home.
How I Make Them
Each frame is 10x8 inches with a sturdy wooden finish. I use acrylic or unbreakable glass to cover the front, ensuring the flowers stay clean without needing any dusting. The crochet flowers—whether they are roses, tulips, or daisies—are securely attached to the background so they won't shift or wilt.
