About Nature & Whimsy
You will notice these aren't factory-made. Each badge is stitched by hand using cotton floss on a canvas base, so don't expect machine-perfect symmetry. You will find the little quirks and uneven threads that make them real. These pieces are meant to be conversation starters on your jackets or tote bags, so pick a motif that feels like your own daily joy.
My work in this collection is all about bringing small, tangible comforts to your everyday wear. When I sit down to stitch, it is a slow process—a lot of mehenat (hard work)—to get the thread density right so the character or plant really pops.
How these are made
Each badge is constructed on a durable cotton or canvas fabric base. For the minimalist icon badges, I use a satin or backstitch to create clean, simple motifs like my little ghosts or rainbow pins. For the more narrative pieces, I pack in high-density thread work to capture expressions and small details. I finish every piece with a hand-trimmed felt or faux-suede backing to cover the reverse stitches, making sure they are sturdy enough to stay pinned to your gear without fraying.
Pricing and Customization
- Minimalist Icon Badges: ₹600–₹750. These are coin-sized motifs with partial thread filling, perfect for a subtle touch of whimsy.
- Fully Illustrated Narrative Brooches: ₹800–₹950. Matchbox-sized with full coverage, these are for when you want a detailed story on your sleeve.
- Custom & Mixed Media Artworks: ₹1100–₹1500. If you have a memory or a pet you want immortalized, we can work on that. I always include a sketch approval stage so we make sure the final result is exactly what you had in mind.
