Professional Hairstyling Courses
My training is built on a simple premise. You cannot learn to style hair just by watching a demonstration. The 10-day certification course is designed to get your hands on real hair models. We cover the full spectrum, from the complexities of South Indian 'Poola Jada' and floral braid fixation to modern, messy buns and Hollywood waves.
We also dive into the technical side, including product knowledge, sectioning, and the correct use of heat tools. You will practice saree draping, including box-folding techniques, because the hair and the outfit must work together.
Why My Styling Holds Up
When I work with clients, whether for a commercial shoot or a wedding, my priority is durability. A hairstyle that looks good for five minutes but falls apart during a ceremony is not a success. I focus on creating a foundation using texturizing sprays, powders, and proper pinning techniques. This is essential for the heavy, long-lasting styles required in South Indian weddings.
I treat my studio work the same way I treat these workshops. If you join a masterclass, you are not just learning a specific look. You are learning the structural logic behind how that look stays in place, how to blend extensions, and how to create volume that lasts from the start of the event to the end.
