Specialized Architectural Projects and Technical Solutions
We handle the complex structural and technical challenges that standard interior firms often avoid, from lightweight building extensions to high-end vertical installations.
This project involved adding a room on a cantilevered slab of an old building. To manage the load, I used a prefabricated portable cabin made of lightweight foam and steel sheets.

About Specialized & Technical Projects
For older buildings with limited load-bearing capacity, adding a room with heavy brick walls is often impossible. We solve this by using prefabricated portable cabins, creating durable, lightweight extensions that look and feel like standard construction without compromising the building's safety.
Designing for existing, older structures requires more than just aesthetics; it requires structural awareness. When we faced a project on a cantilevered slab that couldn't support traditional brick masonry, we didn't walk away. Instead, we developed a solution using prefabricated portable cabins. Constructed with foam cores and protected by steel sheets, these structures provide the insulation and rigidity of a traditional wall at a fraction of the weight. This technique allows us to expand usable space without risking the building's integrity. We focus on the engineering realities of a site, not just the final look.
Beyond structural extensions, we also handle high-end technical installations like capsule glass lifts. These projects blend mechanical precision with interior design. Whether it is a rose gold finish to match a modern bungalow or integrating glass panels to maintain the visual flow of a space, we manage the technical execution from start to finish. Our approach is always to find the safest, most efficient, and visually striking way to get the job done.
