We manufacture your kitchen, wardrobe, and doorsets in our factory using CNC machines and automated presses. Most of the industry still relies on on-site fabrication. This leads to warped shutters, peeling laminates, and dust everywhere. Our factory environment is controlled. We use BWP plywood, high-pressure lamination, and robotic edge banding to ensure your investment actually lasts.
Our Precision Checklist
- AR Visualization: We don't guess. We send you an AR link so you can see exactly how your kitchen or wardrobe fits in your room before we cut a single piece of wood.
- Termite Protection: Since our modular units don't touch the walls directly, you get built-in air gaps that protect against 'deemak' (termites), a common problem in Delhi NCR homes.
- Hardware Integration: We pre-drill everything for modern hardware. You won't have handles getting stuck or doors that don't close flush.
The Material Reality
We are obsessive about specifications. Our standard veneer sheets are 4mm thick, unlike the market standard of 0.5mm to 1.5mm. We use real wood pressed onto high-grade plywood bases, not cheap alternatives that warp with the first change in season.
