- Base: BWP or MR Grade Plywood backing suitable for vertical application.
- Texture Depth: CNC or press grooves ranging from 1.5mm to 1.8mm deep.
- Design: Linear geometric patterns (Fluted, Band, Chevron).
- Face Material: Natural Grade A woods like Teak, White Oak, or American Walnut.
Dimensions & Condition
- Standard Size: Price covers an 8ft x 4ft (32 sq. ft) sheet.
- Bonus Size: 10ft x 4ft sheets are frequently offered at this same price point (subject to stock).
- Finish State: Supplied Raw. Requires sanding, sealing, and polishing on-site by your contractor.
- Edges: Raw edged (no edge banding included).

- Face Material: High-value exotic inputs including Dyed Grey Sucupira, Smoked Oak, Sapeli, or Hybrid grains.

- Standard Size: Price covers an 8ft x 4ft (32 sq. ft) sheet.
- Height Options: Higher availability of 10ft/12ft sheets in this category for seamless cladding.
- Finish State: Supplied Raw. High-relief tactile surface requires expert finishing on-site.

Turnkey Textured Wall Execution
Scope of Work
- Framing: Installation of leveling framework using 12mm moisture-resistant plywood or aluminum sections.
- Substrate: Mounting of 18mm commercial plywood backing (IS 303/710 grade).
- Veneer Installation: Pasting of Textured Veneer sheets (Standard or Premium) using D3/D4 water-resistant adhesives.
- Alignment: Skilled pattern matching to ensure flutes or organic lines flow across joints.
Finishing (The Polish)
- Prep: Specialized sanding of deep grooves to remove fibers without flattening the texture.
- Coating: On-site application of premium Italian PU (Matte, Satin, or High Gloss) or Metal Paint.
- Layers: Multi-coat process including sealers and top coats.
Service Inclusions
- Design: 2D layout and pattern consultation.
- Warranty: 1-Year warranty on pasting and polish peeling.
- Labor: All carpentry, polishing, and supervision charges.
Exclusions

When I say ‘textured,’ I mean it - these are deep wood grain finishes you can actually feel. I use real wood, pressed onto a plywood base (never HDHMR - trust me, that stuff warps). The result: moisture-resistant veneer panels that last, hold their shape, and need barely any maintenance. Some textures go as deep as 1.8 mm, so it’s not just a look, it’s a vibe.
