The Tasting Journey
Every session begins with an understanding of our Indian terroir. We discuss why Nandi Hills provides the unique climate for our Shiraz, and how our Nashik vineyards influence the profile of our Sauvignon Blanc. You will not just taste; you will learn to observe the wine’s 'legs,' detect the influence of French oak barrels, and appreciate the difference between stainless steel fermentation and our signature concrete tank aging.
Wine and Food Pairing
Wine is meant for the table, not just the glass. At the end of your flight, we encourage you to move to the Lounge de la Reserve. Here, we demonstrate how the acidity of a white wine cuts through a creamy sauce or how the tannins in our La Réserve collection balance the spice of Indian cuisine.
