I believe wine is about creating moments. Here, our Soirée Brut elevates a simple picnic into an elegant celebration. This is the lifestyle I curate, where every pour is a companion for life’s most graceful moments.

Craftsmanship is at the heart of what I do. This is one of our rare Foudre barrels, where our La Réserve Fumé Blanc ages. This traditional method preserves the wine's pure character while adding texture and depth, a quiet alchemy that defines our process.

The setting is just as important as the wine. My 'Lounge de la Réserve' is designed for sensory elevation, with an ambiance as exquisite as the wines themselves. It is the perfect backdrop for an evening of indulgence and discovery.

There is a quiet magic in watching our Fumé Blanc journey directly from an oak barrel to the glass. This pour represents the patience, tradition, and craft that I pour into every bottle, transforming it into liquid gold.

One of the most exclusive parts of our tour is the barrel tasting. Here, you can sample our Fumé Blanc directly from the French oak foudre it matures in. It is a rare opportunity to taste a wine in its purest form, experiencing its character as it develops.

Quality is paramount, and it starts with meticulous selection. Our dedicated team sorts through the freshly harvested grapes by hand, ensuring that only the most perfect fruit makes its way into our wines. This human touch is a critical step in our craft.

The tour culminates at our elegant Lounge de la Reserve. This space is designed for you to relax and savour our wines paired with exquisite food. The sophisticated ambiance, with its warm lighting and fine details, provides the perfect setting to reflect on your tasting journey.

Here is our celebrated La Réserve, resting amongst the very vines that produced its grapes. This image connects the finished product back to its origin, showcasing the bond between our terroir and the complex, full-bodied wine in the bottle.

The harvest is a moment of precision. Here, a member of our team carefully selects and clips a perfectly ripe bunch of grapes under the warm sun. This act, repeated thousands of times, is the foundational step in crafting exceptional wine.

My Story

Started way back in '88, we’re Grover Zampa. Our vineyards sit under the old tree in Nandi Hills, watching us grow, year after year. Each bottle’s got a bit of our story, our land, and our people in it. We mix old tricks with new ideas—think French oak barrels and those wild egg-shaped concrete tanks. Over 225 awards later, we’re still pouring heart into every batch. Join us, taste the journey.
