Our standard flight offers a 180ml journey through six varietals, which is ideal if you are new to the 'swirl, sniff, and sip' technique. If you prefer a more focused session, our premium Signet experience includes generous pours of our limited-edition oak-aged vintages.
A visit to Grover Zampa is about understanding the effort behind the bottle. We operate out of two primary locations, Nandi Hills near Bengaluru and our Nashik vineyards. When you join us for a tour, you are stepping into a working production facility. We start in the vineyards to discuss our Shiraz and Cabernet blocks, explaining how we prune and harvest for the specific terroir of the region.
Moving into the winery, you will see where tradition meets modern science. We use a mix of stainless steel tanks for fermentation and French oak barrels for maturation. If you join us for the barrel room visit, you will smell the oak and the grapes, witnessing the patience required for aging.
