Guided Estate Walk (Tour Only)
Hard Inclusions
- Vineyard Access: 45 to 60 minute guided walking tour through the Shiraz and Cabernet grape blocks.
- Production Tour: Visit to the crushing unit, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and the temperature controlled barrel room.
- Timing: Strict fixed slots at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, or 2:00 PM.
- No Alcohol: This ticket strictly excludes wine tasting.
Soft Inclusions & Constraints
- Photo Ops: Access to the 'Cave de la Reserve' (barrel room) for photos.
- Experience: Full access to the winery aesthetics and smells (oak and grapes) without consumption.
- Note: Does not include entry to the tasting room session afterwards.
Standard Vineyard Tour & Tasting Flight
Hard Inclusions
- Full Estate Tour: Includes the complete vineyard walk, tank room, and barrel room visit.
- Wine Flight: Tasting of 6 Varietals.
- Volume: Approximately 30ml per wine (Total 180ml, roughly one large glass total).
- Wine Tier: Includes 'Art Collection' and 'La Réserve' Red/White depending on the weekday or weekend package.
- Snacks: Basic crackers or bread sticks provided as palate cleansers.
Soft Inclusions & Experience
- Education: Staff will teach the Swirl, Sniff, and Sip technique.
- Glassware: Served in ISO standard tasting glasses.

What You’ll Do
- Start with a vineyard walking tour through our green rows. You’ll spot Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and more. We’ll chat about how we grow, prune, and pick grapes - sometimes you’ll catch us saying, “Yaar, yeh harvest season kaafi tough hai!” (Harvest season’s quite tough, buddy).
- Head inside for a behind-the-scenes winery tour. See how we use French oak, amphora, concrete tanks, and stainless steel vats. We’ll show you how we blend old-school techniques with new tech.
- The wine tasting experience is the real highlight. Our team will help you figure out aromas, swirl tricks, and what makes each sip different. If you’re up for it, try a tasting straight from the barrel.
- Wrap it all up at our restaurant, Lounge de la Reserve, with food and wine pairing that actually works - not just random combos.

My Story
Started way back in '88, we’re Grover Zampa. Our vineyards sit under the old tree in Nandi Hills, watching us grow, year after year. Each bottle’s got a bit of our story, our land, and our people in it. We mix old tricks with new ideas—think French oak barrels and those wild egg-shaped concrete tanks.
