About At the Source: Vineyard & Cellar Journeys
Walking the vines is only half the story. When you visit us, make sure to spend time in the cellar to see where our La Réserve matures in French oak barrels. You will understand the structure and spice of our wines much better after seeing the aging process firsthand.
A trip to our estate is more than just a wine tasting. It is an opportunity to see the complete lifecycle of our grapes. We take you through the entire process, from the vineyard rows where the sun-drenched grapes grow, to the fermentation tanks and the silent, cool barrel room.
The Vineyard Experience
Whether you visit our Nandi Hills estate or our Nashik vineyards, you get a close look at our viticulture. You will see how we manage the canopy and harvest, including the specific blocks that go into our Art Collection. The tour covers:
- Estate Walk: A 45 to 60-minute guided walk through the vineyards and crushing area.
- Cellar Access: A look at the foudres and amphoras where our wines develop their character.
- Barrel Tasting: A unique chance to taste wine straight from the oak, which is quite different from what you experience in a bottle.
Guided Tasting Sessions
We don't just pour wine, we explain it. Our guided tasting flights include six wines, ranging from our crisp Viognier and popular Art Collection Shiraz to our robust La Réserve. If you are looking for something more intensive, our Premium Connoisseur flight includes the Signet and Insignia range, led by a senior sommelier who can walk you through the technical aspects of aging and terroir.
We believe wine is best enjoyed with food. Our day-long experiences often include a 3-course lunch by the koi pond, providing a peaceful backdrop to enjoy pairings that actually work.
