This Shaadi season, indulge in classic Indian sweets. Our dessert menu features heavenly Gulab Jamun, crispy Jalebis, and the seasonal favorite, Gajar ka Halwa, all prepared fresh by our talented chefs.

The biggest logistical headache for desserts is maintaining temperature, which is why we focus on live assembly right at your venue. Whether it is keeping our Gulab Jamuns hot in traditional copper pots or churning out fresh waffles on the spot, our team ensures the food is served exactly when it tastes best, rather than sitting out on a table for hours.

We believe the last bite should be just as good as the first. Our dessert approach is split between comforting, traditional Indian sweets and modern, bite-sized treats designed for mingling. If you are hosting a traditional wedding or festival, we prepare staples like Jalebi, Gajar ka Halwa, and syrup-soaked Gulab Jamuns in large, authentic batches. These are served from hammered copper chafing dishes that keep the heat consistent.

For more contemporary gatherings, like birthday parties or corporate mixers, we shift to our live counters. This is where we bring in chocolate fountains, fresh waffle irons, and chilled shot-glass parfaits. We work with you to plan the spread based on your guest list size and dietary requirements, including Jain and Satvik options that never compromise on flavor. We know that desserts often end up as the most photographed part of the meal, so we pay close attention to the plating and visual setup, using wooden risers and elegant glassware to make the spread stand out.
