The longevity of your lawn depends entirely on what happens before the grass is laid. For every residential project, we do not just plant over existing dirt. We clear the site, level the ground, and install a 3-inch layer of red soil mixed with compost and manure. This specific preparation ensures the roots have nutrients and proper drainage, so your garden stays healthy and does not wilt when the heat hits.

A beautiful backyard is a combination of biology and construction. My team and I approach every residential plot as a unique challenge. We assess your space's specific lighting conditions and soil quality before making any recommendations.
Lawn Installation
For areas with high sun exposure, we install Korean carpet grass for that thick, deep green look. If your backyard is semi-shaded, we use Paspalum, which thrives where other grasses struggle. The key to our process is the initial grooming: we grade the surface to prevent waterlogging and then roll the lawn to help the roots settle immediately.
Hardscaping and Design
Hardscaping gives a garden structure that lasts. We work with natural stones like Rough Shahabad or Kota for pathways, ensuring they are functional and look natural in a home setting. We often use polished black and white pebbles to line the edges of your flower beds, which serves a dual purpose: it creates a clean aesthetic contrast and helps with water runoff during the monsoon.
Planting Strategy
We source ornamental plants directly from nurseries in Pune. Whether you want dense hedges for privacy or colorful accents like Ixora and Tagar, we choose plants that fit your maintenance comfort level. If you have an existing garden that looks sparse, we do not tear it all down. We often add density to your existing flower beds to revive the space without starting from scratch.
We have experience working in challenging Mumbai sites, from compact balconies in Thane to sprawling villa backyards. Our process is transparent, and we are on-site with our laborers until the job is done right.
