Natural Grass Lawn Installation
Scope of Work
- Site Clearance: Manual removal of existing weeds, debris, and stones using traditional tools for a clean base.
- Soil Engineering: Supply and spreading of a 3-inch layer of Red Garden Soil mixed with compost and manure to ensure grass survival in heat.
- Grading & Leveling: Creating a uniform surface slope to prevent water logging.
- Turfing: Installation of grass slabs or rolls (Paspalum for semi-shade or Korean for full sun).
- Finishing: Rolling the lawn to settle roots and first watering.
- Initial Care: First week trimming and top-dressing to fix uneven patches.
Garden Makeover & Stone Pathways
Design & Softscaping
- Plant Selection: Sourcing of fresh stock including ornamental shrubs (Ixora, Tagar), screening plants (Bamboo), and flowering accents.
- Planting Density: High-density plantation (approx. 3 to 5 plants per running foot) to create an immediate lush look.
- Soil Enhancement: Enrichment of existing ground with a cocopeat and vermicompost mix.
Hardscaping
- Pathway Creation: Installation of natural stone slabs (Rough Shahabad, Kota, or Sandstone) on a sand/soil bed.
- Decorative Borders: Lining of pathways and bed edges with Polished Pebbles (Black/White mix) for visual contrast.
- Edging: Separation between lawn areas and flower beds to maintain structure.
- Pruning: Shaping of existing vegetation to match the new design.
Premium FRP Planter Installation
Hardware & Media
- FRP Planter: Supply of rectangular or square Fibre-Reinforced Plastic planters (Matte or Glossy finish).
- Drainage System: Installation of bottom-layer aggregate and Geotextile fabric to prevent soil leaching and ensure hygiene.
- Potting Mix: Custom lightweight blend of Soil, Cocopeat, and Compost to reduce load on balconies.
Planting & Finish
- Specimen Plants: Sourcing of healthy plants suited for specific light conditions (Black ZZ, Aglaonema, Areca, or Bamboo).
- Installation: Potting, stabilizing the plant, and cleaning the planter surface.
- Top Dressing: Layer of LECA balls or pebbles on top of the soil for a clean aesthetic.
