We focus on structural integrity for every project shown here. Each glass cabin and terrace extension is built using 10mm toughened glass and reinforced Mild Steel (MS) box sections. We ensure these structures function as permanent rooms by incorporating insulated PUF roofing and concealed electrical work, creating spaces suitable for office setups, art studios, or terrace lounges.
Our approach to these projects centers on converting unused outdoor areas into usable, high-value square footage. By utilizing insulated PUF sandwich panels for roofing, we ensure these structures maintain comfortable temperatures, making them suitable for year-round use regardless of the local climate in Delhi NCR.
Customization and Build Process
We do not use standard pre-made boxes. Each structure is fabricated on-site to fit the specific dimensions of your terrace or garden. The process begins with the installation of a heavy-duty MS framework designed to handle structural wind loads.
We offer several finish options to align the build with your existing property:
- Glazing: We use 10mm toughened glass with silicone weather seals, or upgradeable UPVC sliding systems for better sound and thermal insulation.
- Interiors: Walls are finished with fluted panels, PVC, or laminate, providing a clean look that requires no painting.
- Flooring: We install heavy-duty laminate or SPC flooring on a solid base to ensure durability.
- Lighting & Electrical: Every project includes concealed wiring, LED downlights, and dedicated points for air conditioning units.
