Expert Mature Tree Transplantation and Root Preservation
We specialise in the technical relocation of mature trees using precise root ball extraction, chemical hormone treatment, and heavy-duty logistics to maximise survival rates.

About Technical Process: Uprooting & Root Preservation
I prioritize the structural integrity of the root ball above all else during excavation. If the roots are crushed or dehydrated during the removal process, no amount of post-planting care will save the tree. We use a specific blend of Indole Butyric Acid rooting hormones and protective fungicides immediately upon extraction to prevent the spread of soil-borne pathogens and mitigate transplant shock.
Mature tree transplantation is an engineering challenge, not just a gardening task. In Bangalore, where urban development often conflicts with existing green cover, our process is designed to balance the immediate need for site clearance with the long-term survival of the flora.
The Operational Process
Our methodology relies on a strict sequence of events. First, we conduct a site survey to assess the soil composition and determine the root spread. This dictates the size of the root ball required for extraction. We utilize JCB backhoe loaders and ACE mobile cranes for larger specimens, ensuring the root ball is wrapped in burlap or heavy tarps to prevent collapse during transit.
RERA Compliance and Site Logistics
We frequently work with developers and schools that require RERA-compliant tree relocation. This process involves precise planning of access paths for heavy machinery and managing the logistics of transporting large, heavy specimens within or out of the site. We handle the pruning of the canopy, which is essential to reduce water demand while the root system re-establishes itself in the new location.
Managing Expectations
Transparency is part of our policy. Transplantation carries inherent risk. While we use industrial-grade rooting hormones and provide structural supports like guy wires to resist wind resistance, the survival of every tree is not guaranteed. We take every precaution to ensure the tree thrives, but we operate based on the reality that some mature species face higher transplant shock than others. Our team ensures that once replanted, the receiving pit is enriched with high-quality red earth and organic manure to provide the necessary nutrients for new root growth.
