About Our Commitment to Fresh & Healthy Food
I do not believe in using pre-cooked gravies or heavy oils that leave you feeling sluggish. Every dish, from the Matar Paneer to the Dal Tadka, is prepared from scratch in my kitchen, using the same fresh vegetables I would pick for my own family. When you order, it is not coming out of a freezer, as it is cooked fresh just for your event.
