My Approach to Photoshoot Makeup
When you are in front of the lens, your makeup needs to do two things: look real to the naked eye and perform under intense studio lighting. My goal is never to mask your features. Instead, I focus on building a base that stays sweat-resistant and balanced.
What I focus on:
- Flash-Friendly Tech: I skip heavy SPF foundations which are notorious for causing flashback. Instead, I use high-end, pigment-rich products that provide coverage without looking cakey.
- Texture Correction: Pimple bumps or uneven skin are normal. I use techniques to neutralize texture rather than just piling on concealer. My goal is to make you feel like yourself, just more polished.
