About Behind The Scenes
You don't just see the finished result here; you see the setup. A professional wedding shoot isn't just about the makeup; it is about timing, lighting, and keeping the bride calm while we work around the chaos of a busy venue. Whether it is a quick touch-up between rituals or managing the hair while the groom helps with the jewelry, this is the reality of the profession I teach.
When you see a flawless bridal shot, it is easy to think it happened in a studio. The reality? Most of our work happens on-site, in hotel rooms, or busy dressing areas in Malad and beyond. My team and I focus on one thing: creating a space where the bride can actually breathe.
What goes into the prep
We do not just apply makeup. We manage the flow of the day. A big part of what I teach my students is logistics. You need to know how to work with photographers to get the light right, how to fix a dupatta or a saree pin when the tension is high, and how to maintain that glass skin finish even after hours of rituals.
Why this matters
Most courses give you theory. I believe if you have not wiped sweat off a bride’s brow or fixed a hair strand under pressure, you are not ready. This gallery is a testament to that.
