Wildlife and Nature Documentation Services
The forest is more than just its apex predators. From the macaques watching from the trees to the chameleon in the garden, I document the quiet, essential stories of the ecosystem.
A wild boar forages on the forest floor, its coarse hair lit by the evening sun. These animals are incredibly tough and play a vital role in the ecosystem by turning over the soil.
A portrait of a rhesus macaque with a thoughtful, almost human-like expression. I aim to capture the personality and emotion in the eyes of every animal I photograph, no matter how common.
A chameleon, master of camouflage, strikes a pose on a white ledge. I titled this "Coffee with a Chameleon" because it was an unexpected guest during my morning break. It shows that wildlife can be found everywhere.
A wild boar and its piglet walking through the undergrowth. This shot captures a tender moment, showing the strong parental bonds that exist in the wild.
About Additional Work
Whether I am documenting the daily habits of wild boars or catching a candid expression on a macaque, I use the same professional gear I take on tiger expeditions—my Nikon Z9 or Leica Q3. My goal for these shoots is naturalistic documentation, delivering 30-40 high-resolution images that highlight the ecosystem’s real, unscripted beauty.
It is easy to chase the tiger, but the forest's rhythm is set by the smaller players. My approach to these shoots involves the same patience and high-end equipment as my big cat assignments. I treat a wild boar or a chameleon with the same respect as a leopard, ensuring every subject is captured with technical precision and artistic care.
Why Documentation Matters
For projects requiring detailed ecosystem surveys, habitat studies, or just high-quality nature portraits for resorts and commercial spaces, I bring a documentary-style rigor to the table. These aren't just snapshots; they are observations.
My Approach to Nature
- Technical Precision: I use professional bodies like the Nikon Z9 and Leica Q3, paired with telephoto lenses that allow me to work from a safe, respectful distance.
- Naturalistic Editing: I avoid heavy manipulation. My editing process focuses on natural color grading and exposure balancing, ensuring these animals look exactly as they do in the field.
- Storytelling: Every creature has a kahani (story). Whether it's the parental bond of a wild boar or the inquisitive look of a macaque, I wait for that specific moment of behavior that defines the subject.
If you are looking for nature photography that goes beyond the obvious, I am here to help you document the diverse life within your environment.
Girish Singh
I’m Girish. I spend my mornings chasing light in tiger reserves, but I am just as likely to be found quietly observing a rhesus macaque’s expression or waiting for a chameleon to move. Every creature has a story, and I am here to help you document those moments with the same care I bring to my largest wildlife expeditions.
