My coaching isn't built on restrictive diets or living in the gym. I focus on the 163 hours a week you aren't training. I teach you how to integrate strength training into a career, travel, and social life. If you want to understand the 'why' behind every rep and meal, that is exactly where we start.
I started as a 48kg graduate, constantly underconfident and feeling helpless. When I decided to change, I made every mistake possible—crash diets, keto, and unsustainable routines. That 2015 Muscle Mania trophy? It came from unhealthy prep that I regret. I don't want you to repeat those errors.
My methodology focuses on metabolic health and biomechanics. We don't guess; we measure. Whether it's correcting your squat form via frame-by-frame video analysis or figuring out how to fit Roti and Dal into your macro targets, we build a system that works for your life.
This isn't about being 'gym-fit' for a few months. It's about building a physical identity that lasts through Diwali, work stress, and travel. I don't give you a template to follow blindly. I teach you the mechanics of training and nutrition so that eventually, you won't need me anymore.
