Whether you are craving wood-fired pizza from The Flame Tree or fresh sushi in our quiet Silk Cotton Tree garden, we keep things scratch-made and diverse. We don't do mass-produced kitchen fare; our menu is designed to match the mood of our four distinct garden zones.

At GCBC, we believe food is the anchor of a good day out. We have broken our three acres down into four distinct zones, each with its own culinary personality.

Our Culinary Zones

  • The Flame Tree: This is where the action happens. It’s our live kitchen featuring wood-fired pizzas, tandoor starters like Guntur Chilli Chicken, and bold curries. It is loud, fun, and perfect if you want to watch the chefs at work.
  • The Silk Cotton Tree: If you need a break from the noise, this is our Sushi Garden. It is much quieter, surrounded by greenery, and ideal for a long lunch or a focused work-from-cafe session.
  • The Hoppery: This is our brewery garden. Come here to watch the craft beer process while you snack on appetizers that pair perfectly with a fresh pint.
  • The Badminton Ball Tree: Our sports zone, designed for when you want to keep the energy high with games and casual bites.

Everything is prepared in-house, from our dim sum baskets to our signature desserts garnished with edible flowers. We also keep a dedicated pet menu so your furry friends don't have to watch you eat without getting a treat of their own. Whether you are stopping by for a Sunday lunch or a quick weekday bite, the goal is simple: good food, good mood, and fresh air.

We’re GCBC, and we built this place for everyone—families, the WFH crowd, and even your four-legged friends. We think good food shouldn't be served in a stuffy room, so we put our kitchen and brewery in the middle of three acres of greenery in Yelahanka.
