My team does not just put up drapes, we manage the flow of the setup so you can move around and get photos without tripping over props. We use sturdy truss masking for backdrops to hide any exposed poles, and we carefully balance our floral volume for both scent and camera angles.
When planning a Mehendi or Haldi, functionality is as important as aesthetics. These functions involve rituals like applying turmeric paste or henna, which means guests are often seated on the floor or on low chairs. I ensure our seating is not only photogenic but actually comfortable for long durations.
We typically use a mix of 70 percent high-quality artificial flowers for structural volume and 30 percent fresh Roses or Orchids for touch points and fragrance. This creates a full, vibrant look that holds up throughout the day, even in Delhi heat.
