Garima's Group Dog Activities & Adventures
Join our community for supervised hikes, social picnics, and skill-building sessions designed to help your dog just be a dog.
This is what it's all about: pure joy and connection. My goal is to help you create more beautiful moments like this one with your dog, enjoying a stunning Bangalore sunset after a day of fun and learning.
Our group activities are a fantastic way for you and your dog to meet a community of like-minded pet parents. We create a relaxed, supportive space where everyone can share stories, learn from each other, and just enjoy a calm day out.
Here’s a glimpse into the variety of activities we do. From agility and focus work to first swimming sessions and crate training, every day is a new adventure designed to build your dog's confidence and skills in a fun, safe environment.
A huge part of socialization is teaching dogs how to be calm around others. In this video, I'm using body blocking to help Floyd navigate a space with other dogs, ensuring everyone feels safe. This is a key skill we practice in our workshops.
Nothing makes me happier than hearing from pet parents who have seen a real change in their relationship with their dog. This is a powerful reminder that with a little guidance and a lot of empathy, we can learn to let our dogs just be dogs.
Exploring the Muninagara backwaters with our Companion Dog Club was an absolute blast. Our guided hikes are all about giving dogs the freedom to sniff, splash, and explore nature, which is one of the best forms of enrichment.
Look at that happy face! Our Doggy Summer Camps are designed for pure fun. This sporty pup is having the time of his life during a supervised swim, a perfect way to beat the heat and burn off some energy.
About this collection
These group sessions aren't just chaotic meetups. I actively manage every environment using body blocking and distance control so your dog feels safe enough to actually explore. Whether it is a calm social picnic or a high-energy hike, the goal is to let them be dogs while you get the expert guidance you need to manage them in the real world.
Beyond the obedience class
Training is usually seen as a series of commands, but I believe the real work happens in the real world. My group activities are designed to get you out of the house and into different terrains—from the calm green spaces of Fig & Lily on Kanakpura Road to the wild Muninagara backwaters.
How these sessions work
I keep group sizes small so I can be hands-on with everyone. My approach uses active body blocking and careful pacing to make sure your dog isn't overwhelmed. If your dog is a puller or gets reactive around others, these sessions are the perfect low-pressure environment to practice focus. We focus on:
- Decompression Hikes: Let your dog lead the walk (Sniffari style). It is the best form of enrichment for high-energy breeds.
- Social Picnics: Chill Sunday vibes where you can meet other parents, and your dog can learn to exist calmly around others.
- Agility & Swim Camps: For the sporty pups who need to burn energy in a safe, filtration-equipped environment.
Why join us?
Most people come to me because they are tired of the 'cookie-cutter' advice that doesn't fit their dog's personality. My sessions provide a neutral, managed space where you don't have to worry about your dog 'behaving' perfectly. You just need to show up, learn how to handle your dog in new surroundings, and let them get the sensory stimulation they crave. If you are ready to stop just walking and start exploring, come join the pack.
