Guided Dog Hikes and Nature Adventures in Bangalore
Swap city traffic for quiet trails and sensory freedom. Join our small, supervised group hikes where your dog can be their natural self, sniff to their heart's content, and bond with you in nature.
A dog's-eye view of a perfect day out. This video captures the essence of our hikes: exploring trails, taking a dip in the water, and of course, begging for snacks. This is what letting a dog be a dog looks like.
A quiet moment watching the sunset with Floyd after a long walk by the lake. My goal is to help you find these peaceful, connected moments with your dog in the beautiful outdoors around Bangalore.
Traveling with my dog Floyd has its chaotic moments, but the beautiful memories we make are priceless. This video shows our adventures on beaches, boats, and kayaks, embracing the imperfect journey together.
Muninagara Dam is one of our favorite pet-friendly spots near Bangalore. It offers wide-open spaces for dogs to run and explore. Nature is a powerful healer, and these trips are a perfect reset for city dogs.
We love celebrating our incredible Indies. This poster announces a special hike for Indie dogs, with all profits donated to NGOs. It's a great way to have fun while supporting a wonderful cause.
Our "Incredible Indies Month" is all about spreading awareness and raising funds for local NGOs. We believe in using our platform to give back to the community dogs who deserve so much.
Sometimes all you need is a fresh start. A quiet walk by the lake with Floyd, watching the sunset, helps us both decompress. These moments in nature are essential for a dog's well-being.
About this collection
Most group walks go wrong because of leashes that are too short or group sizes that are too big. On these hikes, I equip every dog with a 15ft biothane long line. This gives your dog enough freedom to sniff and explore nature's terrain without ever losing the safety of a connection to you.
Nature is the best teacher, but in Bangalore, finding a safe, truly off-leash environment is rare. That’s why these guided hikes focus on decompression. We move away from the 'playdate' mentality where dogs are expected to interact constantly, and move toward parallel walking. It helps high-energy dogs, like my own Belgian Malinois, Floyd, learn how to exist near other dogs without getting hyped up.
We scout trails—like the Muninagara backwaters—for safety and low foot traffic. I manage the group size to keep the energy low. You’ll learn how to read your dog’s stress signals while they navigate mud, tall grass, and uneven ground. If your dog struggles with leash reactivity or just can't seem to relax when other dogs are around, these hikes provide a controlled, low-pressure way to build their confidence. You aren't just walking; you're learning how to be the calm, reliable guide your dog needs.

I'm Garima, and I live for the days I spend hiking with my own Belgian Malinois, Floyd. I know the struggle of wanting to get out in nature while managing a dog that just doesn't know how to 'off' switch. My hikes are designed to help you and your dog find that balance together.
