If you are coming to watch a showcase, be prepared to get on the floor afterward. We structure our workshops and events so you are not just an audience member; you are part of the process. Whether it is a 45-minute pre-party class or a guest artist intensive, we expect you to sweat. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you can move in—we prioritize function over fashion every single time.
