You do not need a partner or pro-level skills to walk through our doors. Your entry fee covers three hours of social dancing and includes a redeemable food and beverage coupon, so you can grab a drink, find your groove, and enjoy the music without overthinking your footwork.
Your Sunday Night Ritual
La Rumba is where the Bangalore Latin dance community unwinds. Located in an open-air setting on Residency Road, we keep things relaxed. Whether you are here to practice your shines or just want to sway to the beat, the vibe is strictly non-judgmental. We play a steady mix of Salsa On1, Mambo, and Bachata, carefully selected by our DJs to keep the energy flowing from 9 PM until midnight.
What to Expect
- No Dress Code: Wear what makes you feel comfortable and ready to move.
- All Levels Welcome: We have everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned dancers on the floor. If you are new, don't worry about the complexity of the moves. Just show up and try.
