Planning a princess party is about more than just buying decorations; it is about getting the small details right, like finding the right character cutouts and matching the color palettes to create that 'wow' factor. My setup includes everything from the shimmering sequin backdrops and balloon arches you see in the photos to the themed cake tables, so you can actually show up, relax, and enjoy the day with your child instead of managing the chaos.
When you choose a fairytale theme at Funville, I handle everything from the entrance to the final exit. Parents often get stressed about sourcing character cutouts or coordinating balloon colors, but I have already sorted that out. My venues in East of Kailash and Sector 56, Gurgaon, are designed for exactly this.
We start by picking a theme—whether it is a Frozen winter wonderland or a Mermaid underwater adventure. I use heavy-duty sequin walls and 3D character props to transform the space. If you want Elsa, I bring in the snowy blues and purples. If it is a Mermaid party, we go with ocean teals and pinks.
Beyond just the look, I manage the flow of the event. We have a professional host who keeps the kids engaged with games while you have a moment to catch up with other parents. The catering is also kid-friendly, so you do not have to worry about fussy eaters.
