Venue Access & Duration
- Duration: 3 Hours of venue usage.
- Zone Access: Full access to the indoor air-conditioned soft play area.
- Structures: Multi-level climbing frames, tunnels, spiral slides, and a ball pit.
- Activity Walls: Lego building station and kinetic sand play zone.
- Trampoline: Dedicated jumping zone with safety padding.
- Safety: Supervision by 1-2 floor monitors.
Food & Dining (Kwality Catering)
- Kids' Menu: A pre-set heavy snack/meal combo.
- Items: Typically includes 1 main (Mini Pizza / Pasta), 1 side (French Fries / Smileys), and 1 Beverage (Fruit Juice / Tetra pack).
- Seating: Dedicated colourful tables and chairs in the cafeteria section.
- Service: Buffet style or table service for kids managed by staff.
Standard Decor & Setup
- Balloons: Clusters of air-filled latex balloons (non-themed colors) on the periphery.
- Signage: A standard "Happy Birthday" banner.
- Music: Access to the venue's sound system for kids' playlists.
Parents & Facilities
- Seating: Access to the "Parents' Corner" with café-style seating.
- Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet access.
- Note: Adult food is charged separately per plate.
Indoor Heated Pool & Play Package
Wet Zone Access
- Facility: Exclusive use of the indoor splash pool (depth approx. 2-3 feet).
- Temperature Control: Climate-controlled environment suitable for year-round parties.
- Pool Toys: Includes floating rings, balls, and water-safe toys.
- Facilities: Access to shower areas and changing rooms before and after the swim.
Dry Zone & Dining
- Combined Access: Access to the Soft Play area and Trampoline zone after the swim and change.
- Catering: Kids' meal combo by Kwality Catering served after pool time.
- Menu: Includes energetic foods (Burger/Pasta + Fries + Drink).
Safety & Support
- Supervision: Dedicated attendant near the pool area for safety monitoring.
- Hygiene: Fresh water cycle and anti-skid mats around the pool deck.
Exclusive Venue Buyout Add-on
Venue Exclusivity
- Total Closure: The entire facility (Soft Play, Pool, Outdoor Track, Café) is closed to outside walk-ins for the duration of the party.
- Outdoor Usage: Exclusive rights to the outdoor artificial turf area and road track.
- Capacity: Venue accommodates up to 50-70 guests (kids + adults) under this arrangement.
Premium Amenities
- AV Equipment: Full use of the PA system for announcements, music, and games.
- Staffing: Dedicated team of 4-5 staff members focused solely on your guests.
- Customization: Permission to utilize outdoor fencing and indoor walls for elaborate themed décor.
Important Note
- This fee covers the rental component only. Food (per plate) and decor materials are charged additionally.
